C & K & O & L: C'est l'heure de faire un tour à la déchetterie, donc nous sommes en train de trier le bazar du garage. Oh, le nombre de chaussures qu'on a trouvé! C & K & O & L: It's time to throw away some of the stuff that has been accumulating in our garage for the last few weeks (months? years?). So many shoes!

R: Nagytati a eu une opération il y a quelques semaines. Vu qu'il se sent encore un peu faible, je suis venu lui aider avec les corvées. Par exemple, sortir les citrons dans le jardin... R: Nagytati had an operation a few weeks ago. Since he's still a little bit weak, I came to help him around the house. Like, for instance, taking the lemons out to the garden...

R: ... Ou tondre la pelouse. Pourquoi est-ce que j'ai l'impression que je ne le fais pas correctemment? R: ... Or cutting the grass. Why do I have the feeling that I'm not doing a good job?

K & O & L: Pendant que papa est en Serbie, on a fait une longue promenade autour de la Vouise avec Anaïs et Héloise. K & O & L: While Daddy is in Serbia, we went for a long hike around the Vouise with Anaïs and Héloise.

C & K & O & L: Alyssa, tu rentres aux Etats-Unis? Merci beaucoup pour ton aide avec les ateliers d'Abrakadabra. C & K & O & L: Thank you, Alyssa, for your help with the Abrakadabra classes. Keep in touch when you're back in the USA!

K & O & L: Une petite sortie au parc de la Tête d'or à Lyon, où il y a un petit train, un petit zoo, un petit lac et, si nous sommes sages, une petite glace ou gourmandise, aussi. K & O & L: We're always glad to go to the Tête d'or park in Lyon. There's a little train, a little zoo, a little pond, and if we're lucky, a little ice-cream, too.

K & O & L: C'est Pâques et nous avons tous trouvé nos lapins au chocolat cachés dans le jardin. K & O & L: It's Easter and we all found our chocolate bunnies hidden in the garden.

R & O & L: Qu'est-ce que vous pensez de ces sabres laser faits maison? Frites de piscine et deux rubans adhésifs (gris et noir) et l'arme 100% fun est finie. R & O & L: How about these homemade lightsabers? Pool noodles, duct tape, electrical tape, and that's it for a fun weapon!

C & K & O & L: Nous partageons un repas avec les familles Dériat et Perenon pour leur remercier d'avoir aidé à vider notre ancienne cuisine. C & K & O & L: We're sharing a meal with the Perenon and Dériat families to thank them for their help destroying our old kitchen and making room for the new one.

O: J'adore faire des acrobaties au skate parc... O: I love coming to the skate park with my bike...

K & R & L: ... Nous, aussi, on aime bien venir jouer au skate parc. O: Attention, je passe à fond la caisse en toute vitesse! K & R & L: ... We love hanging out at the skate park, as well. O: Whoosh! Photobomb!

O: Trop cool! Je peux faire des bulles de savon énormes... O: How great is this? Not only that we saw a Polish couple make giant soap bubbles, but we could actually try it out ourselves...

C & K & O: ... Nous faisons un pique-nique à Annecy avant de prendre l'avion pour Belgrade. L: Oh, une autre bulle! C & K & O: ... We're having a pitstop in Annecy before we take the plane to Belgrade. L: Oh, another soap bubble!

R & K & O & L: Annecy a une très belle vieille-ville longée par le Thiou. R & K & O & L: Annecy has a beautiful city center, with the Thiou river crossing it.

R & O & L: Le pont de la Caille est un pont suspendu qui surplombe de 150 mètres la rivière en bas. Donc, quand on jette un caillou, il tombe pendant 5,5 secondes. K: Vous n'allez pas me sortir de la voiture! J'ai le vertige. R & O & L: You cannot see it from here, but the Caille Bridge stretches above a 150-meter-deep gorge, so we're almost standing in the sky. K: You will not get me out of the car! I have a slight acrophobia.

L: C'est super d'être là avec toi, Nagytati! L: It's so nice to be here with you, Nagytati!

K & O & L: Mais oui, Gombóc, on est contents de te voir, aussi! K & O & L: We're not afraid of you anymore, Gombóc, because you're a good dog!

K & O & L: Qui c'est qui aime bien se salir dans le sable à côté du Danube? C'est nous! K & O & L: Who likes to play in the sand on the Strand and get all dirty? We do!

R: J'ai presque réussi à me hisser debout. Presque, mais le genou ne voulait plus se redresser. R: I almost managed to stand up with both feet on the pole. Almost! But this is still a nice achievement.

K & O & L: Aha, papa, on grandit et maintenant on est plus lourds que toi! ... R: No way! The three of you are heavier than me now? Man! ...

K & O & L: ... Eh oui, eh oui, et ouistiti! K & O & L: ... That's right, Daddy, you're so weak!

C & K & R & O & L: Nous nous sommes jamais rendu compte auparavant, mais il y a plein de choses à faire dans un jardin. Bècher, arroser, ratisser, planter, élaguer, etc. C & K & R & O & L: We've never realized it before, but there are tons of things to do in the garden. Planting, digging, sowing, pruning, raking, etc.

K: Voilà la preuve: je suis plus grande que maman et Nagymami... K: Well, it's official, I'm taller than my mom and my grandma now...

O & L: ... Voilà la preuve: nous sommes plus grands que papa et Nagytati! ... Hmmm... Pas encore, mais bientôt. O & L: ... Well, it's official, we're taller than our dad and our grandpa now! Oh, wait, no we're not. Not yet.

K & O: Après toutes ces années d'Uno avec nous, Nagymami et Nagytati pourrait quand même gagner plus souvent. K & O: You'd think our grandparents would be fed up with playing Uno with us after all these years, but they aren't.

K & O & L: Vraiment? Nous allons avoir une glace après cette photo? Alors on range notre malhumeur et on sourit! ... K & O & L: Really? We'll have ice-cream after this picture? Then we better put away our bad mood and smile! ...

K & O & L: ... Finalement, après une bonne pizza et une petite balade dans le centre de Novi Sad, nous avons eu notre dessert froid. K & O & L: ... Finally, after a delicious pizza and a casual stroll downtown, we can have our April-night frozen delights.

C & K & R & O & L: Vu que les choses commencent à déborder un peu ce dernier temps, nous sommes obligés à faire un "family meeting" toutes les semaines pour discuter des problèmes et des solutions. C & K & R & O & L: Since things haven't been going too well lately, we had to establish a weekly family meeting to discuss problems and solutions. This is our first time!

La masse critique (ou Vélorution) de Novi Sad fête ses 5 ans ce mois-ci. Nous traversons la ville (12 kms, quand même) avec Klari et ses enfants. Novi Sad is celebrating 5 years of its Critical mass. We're riding for 12 kms throughout the city with Klari and her kids.

K: Ca, c'est Lilla, la fille de Gabriella et Janos. Coucou, Lilla! K: This is Lilla, Gabriella and Janos's daughter. Hello, Lilla!

K & O & L: Miam, un bon barbecue, c'est ce qui nous manquait! Mais Nagytati, toi, tu ne peux pas encore manger des choses grasses. K & O & L: Yummy, a good barbecue is what was missing! But Nagytati, you cannot eat greasy things anymore, don't forget!

K & O & L: Nous sommes avec Teodora, Aleks, Daniel et leurs copains. Cette fois-ci, à la fête foraine... K & O & L: We're hanging out again with Teodora, Aleks, Daniel, and some of their friends. This time, at the fair...
