K & O: Et COUCOU! On rentre dans l'action tout de suite, parce qu'on a beaucoup de choses à vous raconter ce mois-ci. K & O: Wake up, Daddy! No time to sleep in the grass, we have a lot of things to do this month!

O: Nous sommes allés faire une promenade avec Anne près du monastère du Chalais. J'ai découvert que je suis plus casse-cou que je pensais. O: Our friend Anne organized a hike above Voreppe. It was tons of fun, and I realized I can be much more of a daredevil than I thought.

K: C'est la sortie scolaire avec ma classe et nous sommes à la Grange Dimière à Le Pin. On s'amuse bien avec les lapins, le calèche, les poules et ... K: It's the school trip to a farm in Le Pin. Everyone from my class is enjoying the time spent with the rabbits, the hens, the horse and carriage, and ...

K: ... Et les ânes. Ça alors, c'était rigolo, parce que c'est vrai que les ânes sont très têtus. Papa a eu du mal a l'empêcher de manger sans arrêt. K: ... And especially the donkeys. They are almost as stubborn as the kids riding them. Almost.

K: Oh, non, maman, qu'est-ce que j'ai sur ma tête? Une pieuvre? K: Mommy, what did you put on my head? An octopus?

K: Miam, miam, miam-miam-miam, moi je suis gourmande. Miam, miam, miam-miam-miam, moi j'aime bien manger. K: This year's kindergarten show was a raving success. All of the performances were great, including this multicolored caterpillar.

K: Voici Pérrine, notre maîtresse et la directrice de notre école. Elle était très gentille avec nous et j'ai appris beaucoup de choses cette année. K: This is Pérrine, our teacher and the principal of our school. She was very nice with us and I learned a lot this year.

K & I & O: Un tigre et deux papillons, un blanc et deux jaunes, un garçon et deux filles, un coquin et deux coquines. K & I & O: One tiger and two butterflies, one white and two yellows, one boy and two girls, all three of us rascals.

K & O: La visite chez les sapeurs-pompiers de Voiron s'est très bien passée. Nous avons vu des "ni-na"-s anciens, c'est-à-dire des voitures de pompiers d'avant. K & O: This month, it was also the open house at the firefighters'. The older versions of firetrucks are really funny-looking.

K: Vu qu'on parle des pompiers, peut-être qu'on aura besoin de deux beaux pompiers pour nous aider à descendre. I: Mais non, on n'est pas très haut, on peut descendre toutes seules. I: Speaking of firefighters, are there any cute ones who can help two damsels in distress? K: What are you talking about, Inès? We climbed up here alone, we'll climb down alone as well!

Orlando a trois ans déjà! Trois! Pas un, pas deux, mais trois! Orlando is three years old! Three years! Not one, not two, three!

K & O: Voici nos grands-parents, qui aimerait bien goûter le gâteau de crêpes avec nous. K & O: Our grandparents would like to have some of Daddy's pancake cake, but it doesn't work like that. Not yet, anyway.

K & O: C'est la fête des papas, et notre papa était très content avec ses cadeaux et son poème. K & O: It's Father's day, and we celebrated it with gifts, poems, and kisses.

Qu'est-ce que c'est? Un autre gâteau d'anniversaire? Mais pour qui? ... What's this? Another birthday cake? Who is it for? ...

O: ... Mais c'est pour moi, bien sûr! Et je le partagerai avec tous mes copains. O: ... It's for me, of course! And I will share it with all my friends.

O: Alors, on est fin juin, mais il fait très froid dehors. Ils disent qu'il ne fera pas chaud jusqu'à mi-juillet, mais ils se trompent. O: It's almost summer, can you tell? They say it will be this cold until mid-July, but I can tell you in advance that they are wrong.

K & O: C'est la fête de la musique, et nous avons créé un groupe musical avec Maïlys et nos mamans. K & O: June 21st is the World Music Day, so we formed a band together with Maïlys and our moms.

K: Je crois que je suis la plus heureuse quand je suis sur le manège avec un papillon peint sur mon visage. K: I really think I'm the happiest when I'm on the merry-go-round with a butterfly painted on my face.

K & O: Regardez le bus et le taxi devant nous! Mais... tout le monde roule à gauche. Ah! Ça y'est! On est à Londres, c'est pour ça! K & O: Look at the double-decker bus in front of us! And look at the black cab turning right! And look, everybody's driving on the wrong side of the street! Aha! We must be in London!

O: Je trouve cette photo très anglophone. Le "milkman" (Monsieur Lait) est passé et nous a laissé une bouteille de lait frais devant la porte. O: The milkman just passed and left us something on the porch! You guessed it right, it's fresh milk!

K & O: Nous avons visité Legoland, un super parc d'attraction où presque tout est créé à partir de petits Legos. Cliquez ici si vous souhaitez voir beaucoup plus de photos de Legoland. Ça vaut le detour! K & O: We visited Legoland, a superb attraction park where almost everything is made out of small Legos. Click here if you wish to see a lot more pictures from Legoland. It's really worth it!

O: J'ai appris à conduire, pour de vrai. Tout d'abord, j'avais une leçon de conduite. Après, en m'asseyant dans la voiture, j'ai dû attacher la ceinture ... O: I learned to drive a car. Really! First, I had a driving lesson. Then, in the car, I had to attach my seat belt ...

K: ... Ensuite, en appuyant sur la pédale on avance. On tourne le volant pour tourner. Comme dans une vraie voiture. Et à la fin, nous avons même eu des permis de conduire! K: ... After that, we drive the car by pushing the pedal. We can steer the car by turning the steering wheel. And at the end, we even get a driving licence!

Et si vous pensez que l'idée de Legoland est déjà assez folle, la partie Miniland est cent fois plus folle. La plupart de bâtiments et de symbols du monde entier sont réproduites en miniature avec des, oui, vous avez deviné, Legos. Si vous n'avez pas cliqué sur le lien tout à l'heure, il faut le faire maintenant. And if you thought the idea of Legoland is crazy, Miniland is hundred times crazier. Some of the world's most recognizables landmarks and buildings are reconstructed in miniature with, you guessed it, Legos. If you haven't clicked earlier, you have to do it now.

K & O: C'est la deuxième fois qu'on va chez nos copines Ramona, Anabella et Tianna. Elles sont très mignonnes et très intelligentes. K & O: It's the second time we stay at our friends' place in London. Ramona, Anabella, and Tianna are very cute and very smart.

T & O: Dans le jardin, il y a un trampoline, beaucoup de jeux et même une piscine. T & O: There are lots of toys in the garden, but what we liked the most are the pool and the trampoline.

O: Papa, on ne faisait rien! Mais ne dis rien aux parents d'Anabella, s'il te plaît! O: Oh-oh! Daddy caught us! Please don't tell anything to Anabella's parents!

R & K & A: Ah, les bonnes glaces de Mr Whippy! Une lécher et vous reviendrez! R & K & A: Mr Whippy and his ice cream van stopped in our street and we bought some lollies, mate. Cheers!

R & K & A & O: Nous voici tranquils dans l'arbre, quand soudain, un troll surgit au-dessus de nous! R: I know you kids are having fun in this tree hole, but pay attention to the troll above you!

R & C & K & O: Le Bushy Park à Richmond a tout pour les enfants: des cerfs, des canards dans les lacs, une aire de jeux, du sable, etc. R & C & K & O: The Bushy Park in Richmond is very nice. Deer, ducks in lakes, a playground, a sandbox, what more can kids ask for?

K & O: Une photo devant l'école KMS. Vous avez remarqué les uniformes des filles? K: I bet you if I put on their uniform, I could sneak in their school, too.

K & O: Nous partons déjà? Bon, maintenant c'est le tour de ta famille de venir à Voiron, Klari! L'été ou l'hiver, quand tu veux! K & O: Are we leaving already? Klari, it's your turn to visit us in Voiron! This summer, if you can. If you cannot, then plan it for this winter!

O: Mais, on est où là, maman? C'est vachement haut! ... O: Where are we? Can you guess? ...

K & O: ... On était dans le London Eye, qui est derrière nous. Et vous entendez la cornemuse maintenant? K & O: ... We were in the London Eye! And now, can you hear the bagpipes?

K & O: Nous avons pris le bâteau touristique et voici le fameux Tower Bridge... K & O: We're on the tourist boat and in front of us, you can see the famous Tower Bridge...

O: ... Nous avons pris le bus touristique, aussi, et voici le fameux Big Ben... O: ... And now we're on the tourist bus and behind us, you can see the famous Big Ben...

K & O: ... Et maintenant, nous sommes à pied et voici le fameux Palais de Buckingham. Il marche drôlement, ce garde. K & O: ... We're walking now, and in front of us is the Buckingham Palace. Why is the guard walking so funnily?

K & O: A la gare, et vite, s'il vous plait! On est presque en retard pour prendre l'Eurostar! K & O: Hurry up! Let's take the cab! We need to get to the station before our train leaves!

C & K & O: Nous avons réussi à prendre le train à Londres, mais maintenant, on doit se dépecher pour attraper le train pour Orléans. Il est où, ce métro? C & K & O: We arrived on time for the Eurostar train, but now the metro in Paris has to hurry up. There's another train (not) waiting to take us to Orléans.

K: Nous voici finalement à Orléans, après une longue journée très fatiguante. Papy m'aide à cueillir des cerises. K: We made it! After a lot of running around all day long, we're finally in Orléans. And papy Marc is helping me pick some cherries from the cherry tree.

On fête l'anniversaire d'Orlando encore une fois, avec mamie, papy et tonton. We're celebrating Orlando's third birthday for the third time, this time with mamie Paulette, papy Marc, and tonton Stéphane.

K & O: Tata Evelyne est allée en Bretagne et nous a apporté des jolis cadeaux pour quand le temps sera pluvieux. K & O: Aunt Evelyne went to Brittany and brought us some very nice gifts for when it rains.

R & K & O: Ce petit lapin de mamie Ginette est très mignon. On vous souhaite un bon été! R & K & O: Mamie Ginette's little rabbit is very sweet. And it will probably be even sweeter when we eat it. Oh, no! Have a nice summer!
